Animal Day Demonstration

Say NO to the livestock industry too!

Every day, pigtails are burned off, broiler chickens are crammed together, and newborn calves are torn from their mothers. The livestock industry strips animals of everything that makes them animals.

For over twenty years, politicians have promised things would get better. Fairer. More animal-friendly. But time and time again, that promise has been broken. Time and time again, the industry has won. The voices of the animals are hardly heard. Until now .

Just before the elections, we’re taking to the streets. On World Animal Day. For the millions of animals in the Netherlands who deserve a better life not only then, but every day.

These are our demands:

1. No lifelong confinement. But they are allowed to graze, scratch, and root around outdoors.
2. No orphaned animals. Just motherly love.
3. No painful procedures. Just tails and horns.

We say NO to the livestock industry and YES to a future worthy of animals!

Are you joining us? Then come to Dam Square in Amsterdam on October 4th and join us. Together we’ll show that things can and must be done differently.
